Hi! I’m Benjamin, and I’m the founder of B4 Bitters.

Since I was little, I’ve been obsessed with spices—mixing, sniffing, experimenting, whether in food or just for the fun of creating new scent profiles. Around the time I started reading Harry Potter, I got really into the idea of potions, which eventually led me to discover the fascinating world of bitters (aka the spice cabinet of your cocktail bar).

With my parents’ enthusiastic support, I started learning to make cocktails (yes, seriously!) and quickly realized how versatile bitters are—not just for drinks, but in baking too. After a lot of trial, error, and magical concocting, I decided to launch B4 Bitters as my first official business.

My current line includes four of my favorite flavors: Orange, Aromatic, Turkish Coffee, and Chai. Each one has its own story, and I can’t wait to share them—and some recipes—with you!
